TTE Systems announces support for NXP LPC1700 devices
NXP Semiconductors recently launched the industry’s fastest microcontroller family based on the ARM® Cortex™-M3 processor. Running at speeds up to 100 MHz, the LPC1700 series of microcontrollers is said to operate operate from 28 - 64% faster than any competitive Cortex-M3 microcontroller available on the market today.
TTE Systems Ltd has announced that it will support the LPC1700 family in the next release of its RapidiTTy™ MCU product.
Dr Devaraj Ayavoo (Technical Manager, TTE Systems Ltd) notes:
“We’ve been very impressed with the LPC1700 family, which we feel is a natural partner for our popular RapidiTTy™ MCU toolset.
“We’re in the final stages of testing of our LPC1700 toolchain and will include support for this device in RapidiTTy™ MCU 2.3, which we will release in August 2009.”
