TTE Systems Ltd have announced the launch of RapidiTTy Lite v2.0, a free product which supports the TTE32-SM3 high-reliability microcontroller.

RapidiTTy® products support the rapid development and testing of high-reliability embedded systems based on microcontrollers, FPGAs and embedded PCs. Applications for RapidiTTy® range from high-end consumer products to safety-related and safety-critical systems.

RapidiTTy® Lite is a free product which includes a complete implementation of the TTE32-SM3 high-reliability microcontroller, matched to the popular Altera® DE2-70 development board. In this configuration, the TTE32-SM3 microcontroller can operate at a core frequency of up to 25 MHz, and has access to 64 kB of code memory and 32 kB of data memory.

RapidiTTy Lite v2.0 supports software development (in C), debugging and full timing analysis for systems based on the TTE32-SM3.

Versions of RapidiTTy® Lite with Ada (and SPARK Ada) support can be provided.
