RapidiTTy Builder crashed!

I had opened RapidiTTy Builder with one project, then opened another RapidiTTy project. Some errors turned up. then I colsed both. when I tried to open RapidiTTy Builder again, it just showed the logo for a while, then dispeared.

What is wrong with it? Can I uninstall and reinstall it? Thank you!

RapidiTTy Builder crashed!

Dear Huiyan,

This is a known problem and should have now been fixed if you download the latest version of builder (same path, username, pasword etc).

A quick fix for this would be to delete the builder licence from you user profile (C:\Documents and Settings\your profile name\RapidiTTy), and reinstall the licence.
