Timing information of breakpoints when debugging

I want to know the execution time from the starting of the program to a breakpoint. Does the RapidiTTy provide? Where can I find it?

No, RapidiTTy does not provide that information. The timing information from RapidiTTy is specific towards the execution time of periodic tasks and the periodicy of the tasks.
